Retail products built on borrowed money and launched in May deepened the slide, with one tracking SK Hynix falling more than 32% in a day, and Finance Minister Koo Yun Cheol apologised in parliament over their approval. In New York, Micron fell 8.85% inside a chip selloff that has now wiped more than $1 trillion off global market value.
